Custom Pricing

Pricing varies by quantity and invitation style, charm, flower, accessory (ies), paper, colors, size...and the list goes on. Because it is our purpose to provide you with a personalized and custom invitation, it's difficult to put set-in-stone pricing on our designs. Please contact us with your ideas and we will gladly send you an estimate. Prices per invitation start at $2.50 and up. All invitation sets come completely assembled. There are no ribbons for you to tie and no cards for you to fold. Have us put your stamps on your envelopes and all you have to do is make a trip to your local Post Office.   

Non-Custom Pricing (For designs featured on our website)

Please Click here and fill out our quote form. A consultant will be assigned to you and will follow up with a quote, order process and other details. Your consultant should contact you within 72 business hours, after we have received your request. If, you do not hear from a consultant after this time, contact our customer service department (service@lamourcollection.com) and a representative will be in touch with you within 24 hours. 

Payment Procedure:

• *$12.00 Sample – If you decide to book with us the $12.00 will be applied as credit to your order. Up to $30.00 will be applied as credit.

• **$20.00 non-refundable fee – This fee will allow your order to be placed on our calendar. Guaranteeing you a position on our design and production schedules. ($8.00 for all orders with quantities of 25 or less) Fees apply to each order production booking.

• Deposit is due at time of booking (Deposit = ½ of your total balance)

• Balance due once production begins

• In the event of cancellation, no refunds will be made.

Samples

If you have selected a specific item that you are interested in or if you would like for us to create a sample based on your feedback, please click on customer care (located on the top right hand side of our website), and fill out our "Quote Request" form. All samples are subject to a $12.00 fee to cover time, labor and  materials. Samples will be sent once payment is received. All samples are generic and are printed in flat black ink. All samples will ship within or after a 10-day period. The $12.00 fee is not the price of the invitation; it is only a sample fee.

Custom Designs

All custom designs are subject to a one time $75.00 fee. The fee includes time, labor, materials, sample, and design. If a logo or monogram are incorporated we will provide you with a jpg file for your personal use. 

Rush Service

Rush service is available with a minimal $29.00 fee. Please notate, “rush service” on the comment section of our form. We will do our best to accommodate your time frame. Rush Service applies to all orders needed in a 2-week period (2 weeks = 10 business days). The 2 weeks begin once the order has been finalized and approved for production by the client.  Due to time constraint not all embellishments or papers may be available. Your consultant will inform you of available options at time of booking. All orders over a quantity of 101 are subject to an additional $20.00 fee.

Shipping

Your order will be shipped via U.S.P.S. Priority Mail. Your shipment will arrive 5-6 business days after it has left our studio. Actual shipping charges depend on weight, content, dimensions and destination of package. For an additional charge, Next Day Air and 2nd Day Air service are available upon request. You will be notified of shipping charges once your order is ready to be shipped.  

Underruns

All orders are subject to a $35.00 underrun fee. In order to avoid this fee please ensure to review your guest list and order a sufficient quantity, prior to submitting your final order information form.

Sales Tax

A sales tax of 8.25% is added to all orders shipped to California addresses.

Method of Payments Accepted

L’amour Collection accepts American Express, VISA, MasterCard credit cards, cash, checks, money orders and PayPal payments. If you don't already have a PayPal account, you may sign up for one simply click here We also accept ATM cards with a VISA or MasterCard logo. We do not accept CODs

Make checks and money orders payable to: L’Amour Collection. Mailing address: L’amour Collection ATTN: MOP Department, 2009 Artesia Blvd. "A" Redondo Beach, CA 90278. Please include your name, order number (if available), event date, phone number and email address.

Business Hours

For your convenience we are opened Tuesday – Thursday 11:00 am to 6:00 pm Friday & Saturday 11:00 am to 4:00 pm Sunday & Monday Closed (times are PST).
